is usefull

Vi har vel heller ikke hørt dårligt (endnu) om nivolumab, som kører i et kombistudie med dara i bl.a. MM?

sure, or or maybe even Keytruda in that specific combo only. time will tell.

I agree. The current problems of Keytruda are limited to MM. All Keytruda trials outside MM continue at full speed and PD-1 / PD-L1 agents are still considered very successful in solid tumors

The new Celgene collaboration on PD-1 is also targeting solid tumors and not MM

Ingen tvivl om at PD-1 kører ufortrødent videre i solide tumorer. Så må vi vente og se om Opdivo (sammen med dara) giver problemer i MM.

Det kunne jo også være kombinationen af PD-1 og en Imid (Revlimid/Pomalyst) som giver en uheldig bivirkning i MM, mens Dara + PD-1 virker ok, det kan vi håbe på - det bliver spændende at følge
