Man vel forestille sig at for de patienter der ikke får dara I 1. linie, vil få det I anden linie, når første behandling ikke mere virker

SC dara maintenance, darkombo med andre medikamenter og så kan dara nok alligevel ikke forvente 100pct penetration i 1st line

Ja. This trial will assess the safety and efficacy of an induction therapy using the combination of dexamethasone, lenalidomide (revlimid), daratumumab (Darzalex) and carfilzomib (Kyprolis) to treat patients with newly diagnosed multiple myeloma. The therapy with KRdD (Kyprolis, Revlimid, dexamethasone, Darzalex) will be followed by autologous hematopoietic cell transplantation (auto-HCT) and KRdD consolidation.

Indtil nu har vi ikke hørt, at der er nogen der er kureret af dara og taget af behandling - så maintenance i 5-10 for mange der behandles first line vil skæppe godt i kassen. Antallet af second- og senere linier vil mindskes i de kommende år, hvis first line kommer ud med mega succes.
