Tak gentogen. Dara udenfor MM bliver mere og mere interessant. I mit investeringsunivers er Dara "udenfor MM" der hvor Dara var sidst jeg øgede voldsomt (før succesen ramte os). Min risikoprofil taget i betragtning er sandsynligheden for succes - og dermed afkastmulighederne - der hvor jeg gerne vil have den. Man kan "håbe" på momentvis lavere købspris, men ellers er tiden til at påbegynde en investeringsstrategi. Hvis man ikke allerede er lastet !!! Og det er så bare med udgangspunkt i Dara

Vi har vist helt overset elo. Det var ikke så godt. Elo+VRd frontline, flere pts afbrød. Ikke imponerende responsrater. Dr. Joseph Michael konkluderer: This is an important study in including elotuzumab upfront; however, the results are not as impressive as expected and the rate of discontinuation was higher than expected. More study would be required before this agent will be incorporated into frontline myeloma therapy in my opinion. http://www.medscape.com/viewarticle/880647

Så havde Dr. Joseph Michael mere til overs for Dara+KRd frontline studiet: "This is a critical study in that it introduces the very likely future that we will be incorporating monoclonal antibody therapy into induction regimens in myeloma. This combination is feasible and may well be an available option for patients in the future." Samme sted, der skal scrolles langt ned.
