- JvdW knows a lot more about the progressing of the different clinical studies then is public incl I/O. I believe he knows exactly what will happen in the comin 12 - 24 months and that is that there will be coming a flow of extremly significant data that will sky rocket the share price, therefore JvdW is certain that all Genmab shareholders will benefit significantly and that's why he believes the current warrant program is fair.

- I also believe he knows that a takeover of Genmab is coming within a certain amount of time, say 12 - 24 months. Therefore there is not much time left to further reward Genmabs BoD and employees.

- you could argue that they've already been awarded enough. Seen the significant value Genmab is delivering and more importantly is going to deliver in the next 12 - 24 months I have less problems with these practises. It's worlds best performing stock for the last 5 years!
