Eksempel: I actually have patients now who started out on the combination of daratmumab, lenalidomide and dexamethsone and are in stringent CR (complete response) and after two years they start complaining about side effects coming from lenalidomide and dexamenthasone, so I take them off of that and I just give them daratmumab and a little steroid
