We know at least that for 2016 Darzalex sales of USD572mm we received royalties of DKK458mm. If I use an FX rate of 6.67, that gets us to exactly 12% royalty. Looking at where USDDKK traded last year, I think it is a fair guess that USD500mm did not trigger a step up yet.

On page 94 of the annual report they show some forward contracts they have to sell USD into EUR based on anticipated quarterly royalty payments from Janssen. That is for a total of USD42mm until February 2018. If someone can find out what % of their earnings they hedge, we can calculate how much earnings they expect

Some suggest the 50% owner ship is the possible reasons for the unsuccessful strategy. How do you respond to this and are you considering changing this strategy and if not, why not?
