Panobinostat is likely to be the next new agent to be approved by the FDA for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. Winkel har netop udtalt at han har tillid til at dara virker mod solide tumorer. Men det er baseret på prækliniske data. Desuden er der lovende fase 1 data i non-Hodgkin's lymfoma, hvor vi afventer fase 2 data i år. Desuden er der muligheder i amyloidosis og NKTCL

Fandt lige lidt data. At 4 hours, ADCC was 45% and 25% in Panobinostat-treated and untreated MM1.S respectively, and at 20 hours, near-complete, >90% ADCC of Panobinostat-pre-treated MM1.S had occurred, whereas only 65% of MM1.S were eliminated by Daratumumab. https://ash.confex.com/ash/2016/webprogram/Paper94179.html
