I try not to speculate too much, there’s no art in throwing numbers out in the open. However in this case, Dara is significantly undervalued and the rapid uptake driven by Dara's superiority and the excellent execution by the teams at J&J make me believe that Dare will go much faster than the average analyst projection. Also the average MM peak sales is still significantly undervalued, I believe Dara will become much much bigger in MM and we haven’t started to take into account the IO potential.

Genmab, its stakeholders and all (future) patients couldn’t have hoped for a more capable management team. Furthermore the projections of JvdW and David Eatwell are as always conservative. Which is fine, because the market likes positive surprises and we’re going to get a ton of them in the coming months and years (if not taken over).

However, I do believe that the number that the Genmab management team has in their minds is significantly higher than what they tell the market. This generates positive surprises but it also withholds the current share price from being valued for what it’s really worth and in a situation where a near term acquisition could be possible it could also be interesting to be a bit bolder in terms of sales projections and in the end create even more shareholder value.

I however also believe that JvdW has a masterplan that is fully in line with maximizing stakeholder value, therefore we shouldn’t worry too much and just enjoy the ride.

@JohnW, I believe that the interview that has been conducted over the weekend in the WP regarding Trump's stand on the pricing issue is one of the drivers. Í don't expect innovative drugs as Dara to be impacted. However big money funds (algo's) will always sell on bad biotech news and are not very selective unfortunately. So I believe also Genmab's stock price will be impacted on drug pricing news, however I believe it will also move back up quickly seen there is no real earnings impacted expected for Genmab. The pharma's / biotechs that develop and sell regular prescription drugs are more likely to be impacted. I hope Trump will regulate fast so w
