"Dose escalating study" er designet til at finde balancen mellem acceptable bivirkninger og muligheden for positiv effekt. Når data er vurderet ved vi om eventuel lavere dosis og indgivelseshastighed kan være realististisk.

Det vil være underligt, hvis ikke Genmab får store udfordringer undervejs i udviklingen af nye lægemidler.
