Der er ikke nogen der ønsker at holde nogen væk fra en budkrig - the more the merrier. Hvad vi gerne vil holde på afstand er hvis f.eks. JJ byder uden der kommer andre til fadet. Og under alle omstændigheder ser jeg gerne en budkrig starter om et års tid eller to.

Conclusions: In the expansion cohort, the combination of DARA and LEN/DEX continues to be associated with a remarkably favorable benefit/risk profile for treatment of relapsed or RR MM. Deep and durable responses were maintained throughout the study. Additional updates on the safety and efficacy results of the expansion cohort with over 12 months of exposure will be presented at the time of the meeting.

Conclusions: Single-agent DARA (16 mg/kg) demonstrated remarkable clinical activity (31% ORR) in a combined analysis of two studies in heavily pretreated MM pts. The quality of the observed responses (11% VGPR or better, 2 CRs, and 3 sCRs) was noteworthy in this highly refractory population. DARA shows promising activity in pts who have exhausted other approved myeloma treatment options.

Conclusions: Robust T cell increases, increased CD8+: CD4+ ratios, increased antiviral responses, and increased T cell clonality were all observed after DARA treatment in a heavily pretreated, relapsed, and refractory patient population not expected to have strong immune responses. Improved clinical responses were associated with changes in these parameters. sensitive to DARA treatment. These data suggest a previously unknown immune modulatory role of DARA that may contribute to its efficacy, and a potential role for CD38 immune targeted therapies. We postulate that there are several distinct and complementary mechanisms that contribute to DARA’s efficacy including increased antigen presentation through phagocytosis, targeting of immune suppressive Tregs, and increased adaptive immune responses.
