Jeg hørte Winkel sige i børsen-interwievet, at han forventer afgørelse i begyndelsen af næste år, hvis ikke tidligere, hvis FDA speeder processen op. Så hvis der bevilges PRD en af dagene får vi vel en afgørelse inden nytår, og så kan milepælen jo godt komme med i 15-regnskabet.

I forbindelse med den seneste artikel i New England Journal of Medicine har tidsskriftet selv tilføjet er "editorial" kommentar om Daratumumab. De er ganske positive.http://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMe1509419

79% of the patients had disease that was refractory to their most recent therapy, including proteasome inhibitors and immunomodulators. The majority of patients (76%) had also undergone autologous stem-cell transplantation. In the cohort that was treated with daratumumab at a dose of 16 mg per kilogram of body weight, the overall response rate was 36%, including two patients with a complete response and two with a very good partial response
