The effector mechanisms of daratumumab have been extensively studied in vitro, but the in vivo correlates and key determinants of success or failure when daratumumab is used alone or in combination with lenalidomide for treatment of patients with myeloma have not been clarified.

There is potentially a wide spectrum of factors that may influence the quality and duration of response following treatment with daratumumab. The integrity of the patient's immune system may be important. Prior lines of chemotherapy or the myeloma disease itself may impair humural (i.e. complement) or cellular (i.e. ADCC) effector mechanisms that are of importance for the response to daratumumab.

The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if a chemotherapy combination called augmented Berlin-Frankfurt-Munster (BFM), when also combined with ofatumumab or rituximab, can help to control precursor-B ALL or LL in patients who are 12-30 years of age

Tror jeg ikke Solsen. Ligner et studie Vejle Sygehus selv har lavet. Hvis Jannsen vitterligt så de problemer havde de sq selv sponsoreret et studie og fået det afviklet.

Tror mere det er fordi plessner er ekstremt interesseret i Dara og vil gøre alt for at få mest muligt ud af det. Så tror mere det er ud fra en ren "videnskabelig interesse" at han gør det

det er altid positivt med mange ISS studier. Men ofte er det først når produkterne kommer på markedet vi virkelig ser ISS studier
