man lavede et dosiseskaleringsstudie med 2-4-8-16 etc. det er specielt i kombianation med revlimid at 4mg har været outstanding. men her har vi ikke fulde data for 8 og 16 mg endnu så man kan jo håbe data derfra bare vil blive endnu bedre. vi vil se til ASH

vi fik også dataene på ASCO men der var de imature for average treatment var lave (kun ca. 4 i 16 mg. armen)... Vi skulle gerne have 20 weeks treatments for næstne alle patienter nu

Slide 10: MOR202 – Preclinical Results Demonstrate Synergies with Pomalidomide
The third abstract covers additional pre-clinical studies of MOR202 in combination with the immunomodulator pomalidomide. The cytotoxic activity of MOR202 on multiple myeloma cells was enhanced and synergized when combined with pomalidomide via multiple mechanisms, namely direct cytotoxicity, CD38 up-regulation and activation of effector cells. -
These results provide a mechanistic rationale for combining MOR202 and pomalidomide. As previously communicated, we have added two additional cohorts to the ongoing MOR202 trial, where we will test MOR202 in combination with pomalidomide and with lenalidomide. These studies will start in Q1 of 2015.

Der bliver på CC også spurgt til Genmabs ASH abstract hvor de præklinisk sammenligner CD38 antistofferne - her falder MOR202 ikke specielt heldigt ud. MorphoSys mener det er for tidligt at sammenligne før der er kliniske data - og de har heller ikke lavet MOR202 som MorphoSys gør det, altså kan der måske være forskelle, siges der.
