Ofatumumab (2 mg/kg) and bendamustine (50 mg/kg) combination therapy resulted in a complete arrest of JVM-3 CLL growth (P < 0·001) as compared to control and monotherapy groups. Both tumour growth inhibition and tumour growth delay were significantly improved in the combination therapy group when compared to monotherapy groups.
