Revenue was DKK 15.9m, a 31% YoY increase.
EBITDA was DKK 2.9m, a 49% YoY increase.
EBT was DKK 0.4m, a 126% YoY increase.
Unique paying users were 62,672, a 44% YoY increase.
Total user payments were 164,340, a 14% YoY increase.
Total installs were 2.4m, a 34% YoY increase.YTD
Revenue was DKK 41.0m, an 8% YoY increase.
EBITDA was DKK 7.0m, a 39% YoY increase.
EBT was DKK 1.4m, a 134% YoY increase.
Unique paying users were 139,143, a 16% YoY increase.
Total user payments were 434,519, a -7% YoY decrease.
Total installs were 7.1m, a 41% YoY increase.Cash and cash equivalents: DKK 24.8m & no debt at the end of September 2023.
Guidance
On 17 October 2023, Trophy Games Development A/S raised 2023 guidance for revenue, EBITDA and EBT.

Revenue: DKK 46.0M <-> 55.0M
EBITDA: DKK 4.5M <-> 10.0M
EBT: DKK -0.5M <-> 4.5M
New financial guidance 2023:
Revenue: DKK 51.0M <-> 56.0M
EBITDA: DKK 8.0M <-> 12.0M
EBT: DKK +0.5M <-> 5.0M
CEO Comment
We are pleased to come out of Q3 with our best quarter in history while some of the game industry is struggling. Recent monetary tightening has leveled the playing field for game developers, and many unprofitable companies have scaled down on marketing or even closed, leaving more room for us.
Going forward, we will double down on the manager game series currently with the Transport Manager games (Airline, Shipping, Train, and soon Truck and Energy). Additional types of manager games are already being investigated in order for us to utilize our central coding framework, giving us a cost and scale advantage over competitors that make games in many different segments.
For the new game Train Manager, we have in Q3 seen some decent user KPIs, and we aim to have it polished for Q1 2024, where we will start making more significant user acquisition efforts. The performance indicators for Train Manager are looking promising, especially the organic installs that have started almost twice as high as Shipping Manager. The KPIs make us confident about the potential of the upcoming titles Truck Manager and Energy Manager.
For Q4, we usually operate with a lower marketing spend, as the ROI is less valuable. This has a negative effect on revenue but a positive effect on EBITDA.
