Hvad er holdningen til tilbud på 735,- pr aktie.Min gennemsnit pris er 762,- så overvejer at takke nej til deres tilbud.

Jeg tror handlen går igennem hvis majoriteten stemmer ja. Måske er tærsklen højere end 50%. Du skal have rigtig mange aktier for at du kan påvirke resultatet. Det ser ud til at handlen går igennem når man ser på prisen aktien handles til.
