Den er generelt sevet store dele af året. Men primært 2 nyheder fik den ned fra 40-45 til godt 30. Det var udskydelse af deres test hvor de er i gang med at vise proof of concept. At linjen kan køre mindst 90% af tiden i 7 sammenhængende dage.
Det var meldt ud de oprindeligt forventede det inden udgangen af Q2. Ligesom de ventede fuld drift på alle 4 linjer ultimo Q3. Det blev udsat så det nu hedder fuld drift medio Q4 og POC "snarest muligt".
Den anden nyhed der rykkede ved kursen var få dage efter ovenstående nyhed "gik" CEO. Det ligner umiddelbart en fyring. Mit eget personlige bud er deres partner BASF, som også sidder i bestyrelsen, har sagt der skal en anden person til.
De seneste par dages fald blev igangsat af hvad der lignede et short salg ca 10 min efter børsen åbnede i går, hvor der var en enkelt person der dumpede den ned fra 31,3 til 30. Og så panikkede folk og det har tricket flere salg i går og i dag. Casen er dog den samme. Vi afventer POC og Q2 regnskab her den 31/8.
Jeg har selv købt mig ind i casen efter de store fald, og ligger dags dato med et snit på 30,57

"Quantafuel's pilot plant in Kristiansund is part of the next generation PtL plants. The plant is co-located with Replast's facilities for mechanical recycling of plastic waste.
Results from the pilot plant will be used as the basis for the full-scale plant to be built on the same premises. Setting up the pilot plant at Replast's facilities ensures unequivocal quality of plastic feedstock, utilising Replast's facilities and expertise in plastic waste handling."

Quantafuel ASA ' Second quarter results 2021
Quantafuel confirms Skive timeline towards full production capabilityQuantafuel's Skive plant moves steadily towards commercial production by running each of the operational lines at high load for three to five days at a time, proving the technical capability of our process and systems. In mid Q4 2021, the Skive plant will undergo upgrades allowing for stable, long-term commercial production.
The latest developments at Skive prove Quantafuel's capability to recycle consumer plastic waste into chemical products, thereby reducing the consumption of virgin oil and closing the circular economy loop.
"We are making good progress and are confident that we have the knowledge and experience to reach our goals at Skive. We are working on removing the last known obstacle preventing long-term stable production. Together with our industrial partners we have concluded on the right equipment to solve this issue, and installation will take place during the Q4 turnaround. Despite delays, the many learnings we've acquired are key for us to maintain a lead position in shaping the chemical recycling market for plastic," says Quantafuel's interim CEO Terje Eiken.
After installation of the new equipment, Quantafuel is confident in reaching desired production stability, enabling Proof-of-Concept around year-end and thereafter full production capability.
"We understand and appreciate the high interest from our dedicated shareholders and I would like to underline that we are 100% dedicated to creating value for them, as well as for making a difference for the environment," says Eiken.
"We are very grateful for the strong support from our three strategic partners. The dedicated support team working closely with our teams in Oslo and at Skive, sharing best practice within plant design, operation and maintenance, is invaluable," continues Eiken.

A couple questions
Do we know if the known issue that now is expected fixed medio Q4, is the same issue they hit in June? Or if its a new issue? Because the PR from 30/6 they said "soon".
Did they specifically mention that a new CEO is expected to be announced during October?
Did you talk more about start of new factories? What the potential partners would see before finalizing a deal?

"The QF management was very unhappy about the Finansavisen title «Quantafuel does not rule out further postponements»."IMNSHO the QF management and board should stop giving interviews to Norwegian newspapers. FA is about 18 levels below FT, E24 approx 80 levels below, and DN some 99 levels below. None of them are really interested in giving their readers accurate and reliable information, only in clicks.
And ALL their journalists are complete technology-analphabets, and pretty clueless about almost everything, even how to write decent Norwegian.

Hej Troldkarl, tak for en masse gode skriverier om QF (ofæg diverse andre tråde, du er god at følge). Jeg får 30mio/20k tons til 1500kr=200euro. Er jeg helt skæv her eller var din første udmelding faktisk ikke ganske fin? Og netop også i overensstemmelse med hvad andre i branchen modtager?
