NTG Nordic Transport Group A/S (formerly:
Neurosearch A/S) realised a loss of DKK 8.1 million for
the quarter, bringing the result for 2019 to a loss of
DKK 14.4 million.
The result is mainly due to costs associated with
preparing for the combination between NTG Nordic
Transport Group A/S (formerly: Neurosearch) and
Nordic Transport Group on 7 October 2019.
In connection with the transaction, a name change was
carried out from Neurosearch A/S to NTG Nordic
Transport Group A/S.
