Reuters har i dag en artikel om israelske Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc, og deres arbejde med (og kapløb med Novo om) udviklingen af en løsning til oral insulin. Ifølge artiklen, er Oramed foran Novo i kapløbet, og er allerede igang med at indrullere patienter til fase II forsøg.
Oramed har i følge artiklen er værdi i omegnen af 50 mio USD, så mon ikke de vil blive opkøbt, hvis deres Protein Oral Delivery udvikler sig overbevisende?
Potentialet for oral insulin er da til at få øje på

Jeg ejer ingen aktier i Oramed, men jeg vil da holde øje med dem fremover. Jeg har ikke kigget på økonomien i Oramed endnu.
