Der er måske nogen her på sitet, som bruger spreadbetting. I så fald kan man jo godt have en vis interesse i den skattemæssige behandling heraf. Skatterådet har i et nyt bindende svar forholdt sig til netop spreadbetting: http://info.ccta.dk/SKAT.aspx?oId=2112799&vId=0
Her kommer rådet frem til, at der skal ske beskatning efter KGL § 29.
