Selskabet lider ifølge Icahn af dårlig ledelse, og er mere værd hvis man bryder det op i divisioner end som nu.
Det er et selskab som allerede er i hans portefølje og i vores liste over Icahn positioner, men nu blev Icahns tålmodighed opbrugt. Som han sagde til Bloomberg det er på tide at direktøren siger Adios!
