Ja når man nu har Zymeworks, så er det lidt ærgeligt at se Enhertu´s triumftog, når man tænker på at ZW49 burde have (haft) gode chancer med et klart bedre antistof. Måske det halter lidt på ADC/linker teknologien, men svært at vide før vi ser data sidst på året.

Jeg er meget enig i det der blev sagt på CC, for man burde have taget det i omvendt rækkefølge - altså først kombi med godkendt checkpoint hæmmer og så kunne man eksperimenterer med en ny, så ja jeg tænker det udelukker BP med egen godkendt checkpoint inhibitor.
