Synes heldigvis der er ret god disciplin på dette site – og virkelig fedt at vi kan dele informationer om mulige små vindere her og der. Genmab-chatten har i mange år været et fantastisk eksempel på dette. Synes også der bliver delt meget god information her i Biotek-snakken….lad os endelig fortsætte med det!

Med hensyn til Iterum var det jo en joker (er fortsat). Synes en kurs under 1,00 har en pæn upside, og reaktionen efter udmelding om positivt FDA-møde (uagtet at Sulopenem nu KUN køres frem i uncomplicated urinary tract infections med quinolone-resistance, hvor salgspotentialet er betydeligt mindre) var at aktien handlede kortvarigt op i kurs 2,40 fra niveauet 0,62. Den er siden banket ned igen, og handlede i går 0,89.

Synes det lignede at missed endpoint fra fase 3 forsøgene var teknisk knockout – der er effekt og god safety, og der er reelt brug for produktet. Vi må se hvad der sker i aktien - i bagklogskabens lys skulle jeg have solgt alt over 2....og købt igen under 1. Det havde været sund fornuft

Jeg har for nylig taget en portion Deinove SA (handler i EUR) som er et mix mellem antibiotics og bioactives. Deres vigtigste projekt er i fase 2 (DNV3837) som er under fast track (men også forsinket af covid). HL-SAN is a critical component of Simcere Diagnostics’ infectious disease metagenomic assays.
