Mon ikke kurs 95 har været gennemsnittet en af de foregående handelsdage, hvor aftalen er faldet på plads. Prisen på kapital i bio er bare høj i disse dage. Jan van de Winkel nævnte også forleden, at det var nærmest umuligt, at fremskaffe kapital til bio (læs: prisen er høj og kursen er lav). Læser ikke noget om lock-up periode? Har man givet afkald på denne forpligtelse mod, at man ikke gav rabat i forhold til dagskursen?
