Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) er en trust, der ejer Bitcoin og giver investorer mulighed for at handle aktier af trusten på offentlige markeder som en aktie. Grayscale ønsker at konvertere GBTC fra en trust til en spot-ETF for at reducere det årlige administrationsgebyr på 2 % og tiltrække mere detailinvestorinteresse.
