Ang. købstilbuddet. Hvis det er det 4 bud (hvilket nok er sandt), viser det jo også bare, hvor griske byder er. Og den med kapitalindskud for at få virksomheden til at vokse som værende essentielt, så kunne de jo lige så godt etablere et selskab fra bunden, som ikke er børsnoteret, og ikke har en kedelig historik, og så købe deres vacciner ind der. Fakta er jo at Bava er sygt undervurderet, og det er det de vil have gratis.

Til notitsen om at buddet både skal være til fordel for bavarian og aktionærerne, har jeg kun at sige. Vrøvl. Det skal alene være til fordel for aktionærerne. Jeg har ikke sat penge i et selskab, for at lade værdierne gå videre til den næste "venlige " ejer. Det er et børsnoteret selskab og ikke en familie arv vi snakker om.

Cupcake 13/8 12.52 og E S 12.56 jeg har fulgt rigtig godt med. Det er jo netop det indholdsløse skriv fra bl a Medwatch jeg tænker på. Det er uden tal, og blot refereret. Kannibaler bruge det til. Fastholder at det er useriøst, som alt andet fra formanden, indtil det er sort på hvidt. Useriøst som vrøvlet om et alt for lavt og “tagen højde for alt negativt” fair analyse udsagn.
