Det er IKKE "DRC-varianten". En person er død og en person har haft mange partnere: både mænd og kvinder. Som behandling nævnes Tecovirimat i artiklen, mens på pressekonf nævnes også Bavas vaccine (se 19:20) til højrisikogrupper. Sundhedsministeriet har allerede kontaktet Gavi samt lande med stockpile.
