BN har kun kørt forsøg med deres COVID-vaccine, der måler indirekte på beskyttelsen i form af niveauet af neutraliserende antistoffer (man kan kalde det en biomarkør eller surrogat endpoint). De 90% stammer fra denne artikel, hvor man har sammenholdt/korreleret antistofniveau med beskyttelse mod COVID, og hvor valid den artikel er i dag i forhold til andre coronavarianter (såsom Omicron og dennes undervarianter) m.m. kan diskuteres.

Well, begrebet er vel ikke direkte sammenligneligt på tværs af de to teknologier, mRNA overfor cVLP. Vi ved jo at Bavas virker bredt. Den monovalente mRNA virkede jo kun mod wuhan…eller “virkede”.
