hey gentogen , thinking again on that China part of the trial ; too many Asian patients in the trial was where Roche/Genentech got in trouble with Columvi wasn't it; they got a Complete Response Letter from the FDA for the reason that OS was much better in Asian patients compared to non-Asian patients so FDA determined OS was not proven for Americans

Genmabs amerikanske partner Johnson & Johnson overgår analytikernes forventninger med sine salgstal for kræftmidlet Darzalex i fjerde kvartal.
Salget af Darzalex løber op i 3903 mio. dollar i perioden, mens analytikere havde ventet 3748 mio. dollar ifølge Bloomberg News.
I forhold til samme kvartal sidste år er Darzalex-salget steget 24 pct. i lokal valuta.
For hele 2025 endte Johnson & Johnsons salg af Darzalex, som Genmab får procenter af, på 14.351 mio. dollar.

Darzalex-salget lander dermed over Genmabs prognose for 2025 om et salg på 13,7 til 14,1 mia. dollar.
Genmab estimerede i sit seneste regnskab, at det vil modtage royalties fra salget af Darzalex på 2,3-2,4 mia. dollar i 2025.

Yes, that may also explain why Genmab split the study, bu t it was quite complex as Roche had severa "Inconsistent results" that did look strange and made it hard to interpret the results.
