Results from two arms of the EPCORE
NHL-2 trial, evaluating first-line, fixed-treatment duration epcoritamab in combination with chemotherapies, demonstrated overall response rates (ORR) of 93% (Arm 
and 98% (Arm 1) in patients with newly-diagnosed DLBCL, while a third arm (Arm 3) demonstrated a three-year overall survival (OS) rate of 96% in patients with FL following first-line combination treatment. -
Det er data som viser generelt høje responsrater, dybe og langvarige remissioner samt en håndterbar sikkerhedsprofil, især i udfordrende patientgrupper som ældre eller højrisikopatienter. Umiddelbart ser det ud til at epcoritamab på de fleste parametre giver baghjul til glofitamab og mosunetuzumab. Patientvenligheden med subkutan fixed-duration er et yderligere plus.

Det er stærke data fra EPCORE FL-1-studie. De demonstrerer klare kliniske fordele ved epcoritamab i kombination med rituximab og lenalidomid (R²) sammenlignet med R² alene som standardbehandling for patienter med relapsed/refractory FL efter mindst én tidligere linje. Sikkerhedsprofilen er håndterbar og i tråd med monoterapi.Samlet set balancerer sikkerheden de høje effektresultater godt, hvilket gør behandlingen velegnet til udsatte patienter uden at kompromittere livskvalitet markant.

Kan være game changer i relapsed FL. Det ligner en potentiel ny standard i anden linje
Epkinly + R² er markant bedre og længerevarende effekt med acceptabel sikkerhed.
