Anavex 50 mln USD ved emission i kurs $21
NEW YORK - June 22, 2021 - Anavex Life Sciences Corp. ("Anavex" or the "Company") (Nasdaq: AVXL), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing differentiated therapeutics for the treatment of neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental disorders including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Rett syndrome and other central nervous system (CNS) disorders, today announced that it has entered into a definitive purchase agreement with Deep Track Capital for the issuance and sale of an aggregate of 2,380,953 shares of its common stock at a purchase price of $21.00 per share of common stock a registered direct offering. The registered direct offering is expected to close on or about June 24, 2021, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
H.C. Wainwright & Co. is acting as the exclusive placement agent for the offering.
The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be approximately $50 million before deducting placement agent fees and other offering expenses. Anavex currently intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for advancing its pipeline and for working capital and general corporate purposes.
The shares of common stock described above are being offered pursuant to Anavex's shelf registration statement on Form S-3 (File No. 333-232550) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") on July 3, 2019 and declared effective on July 15, 2019. Som jeg skrev tidligere, så håbede jeg på, at Anavex ville styrke deres finansielle situatinen ved nuværende kursniveau.
Vil de gå selv med RETT og måske og Parkinson, kræver det kapital.
Endvidere har de gode resultater i RETT åbnet muligheder for opstart i nye indikationer.SAVA hentede f.eks 200 mill. $ før jul, men har siden mangedoblet deres kurs.
ANVS hentede også lige 50 mill. $ og er siden steget en hel del.Denne gang har Anavex valgt, at hente pengene i en åben aktion, i stedet for et løbene salg af aktier - er sikker på, at de har forhåndskøbere til de 21 $.

Det er sådan at nye investorer gerne vil se der er mulighed for et godt afkast også på kort sige.
Så hvis alle de gode nyheder var brændt af var det jo ikke så interessant.
Men vi er trods alt i kurs 21
Jeg skal ikke afvise at der også er en vis rettidigt omhu i udvidelsen nu, da man jo ikke er 100% sikker på fremtiden i biotech og markedet generelt.
De Peer review artikler vi venter på tror jeg ikke man kan styre udgivelsestidspunktet af på kort sigt. Og jeg vil forvente, at man meget snart går i afsluttende forhandling med en stor partner på PDD - derfor skal man ikke være fattig, når man sidder ved det bord da det svækker forhandlingskraften

Min opfattelse af situationen:
Via H.C. Wainwrigh, henvender der sig en større og seriøs investor, der ønsker en større potion aktier i Anavex.
Anavex og denne investor mødes og investoren får her en god snak med Missling om potentialet i Anavex og bliver enig om betingelserne omkring investeringen.
Ved at få en større og seriøs investor ind, der måske også lover yderligere opkøb på alm. markeds forhold, får Anavex penge i kassen og en der har både et incitament til at vidneskaben skal lykkes og samtidig få en økonomisk gevinst og en helt normal rabat ved et køb af en større portion aktier.

Alternativet er salg af aktier i det fri markedet som hidtil, hvor Anavex ikke har styr på, hvem der køber - trader/kortsigtede investorer, short m.m.Vi har lige fået bekræftet, at 2-73 virker i min. RETT og sandsynligvis til et bredt spectre af CNS indikationer - og vi har tidligere set super gode og hidtil usete topline resultater i PDD.
Med Misslings helt sikker kendskab til de kommende Peer Reviews i tankerne, tror jeg simpelthen ikke på, at Missling ville lokke eller vildlede en potentiel større investor til at gå ind i Anavex!!
Missling ville aldrig kunne lokke andre seriøse investor til, hvis han umiddelbar efter ville smide dårlige resultater på bordet.Dette har bare styrket min tro på gode resultater og Peer Reviews - og tror som minimum, at vi som ved SAVA og ANVS vil se en fordobling af kursen på Anavex til 45-50 $ inden for den næste mdr. eller 2.

Ticker: SAVA man skulle tro det var SAVA der vil hente penge i marked -14% det nok frygten for at de kommer til at skulle hente langt flere penge, da de jo ikke er i nærheden af hvor AVXL er nu... pipelinen koster bare kassen med alle diverse forsøg, SAVA burde vel ikke have en kurs på 77$ hvis du spørger mig, nærmere 35$
Lagt en ny ordre ind på 23,3.... Det muligt den går under, men et skud værd...

TDT123:Jeg forstår overhovet heller ikke den værdi af SAVA & ANVS selvom vi medregner udestående aktier, de gir et lille pip fra sig og kursen flyver i vejret.
Jeg synes også at det ser mægtigt godt ud for Anavex, PDD data afventet med stor stor spænding og hvis de er som vi regner/håber på så er vi næsten i mål men selvfølgelig ikke over målstregen før noget er godkendt.
