For første gang fører en overtrædelse af investor-beskyttelsesbekendtgørelsens forbud mod vildledning nu til straf. SØIK har idømt Danske Bank en bøde på ni millioner kroner, fordi banken vildledte sin kunder til at købe investeringsproduktet Flexinvest Fri.
