Biogen omsætter for adskillige milliarder hvert år på området, men deres patenter løber ud om relative få år.Anavex er langt mere end en mulig behandling i en enkelt indikation!
Mulighederne for Anavex 2-73 er uanede, fordi det understøtter, beskytter og reetablere grundmekanismerne på et bredt område, som bl.a. nerveceller fungerer på.
Vi mangler bare den sidste vigtige bevis af, at de hidtil sete resultater kan eftervises i et større antal patienter.

Anavex received a U.S. patent covering the use of Anavex 2-73 (blarcamesine) for the treatment of conditions including multiple sclerosis and Rett syndrome.

Anavex 2-73 is an orally available, small-molecule activator of a protein called the sigma-1 receptor (S1R), which is essential to ensure correct protein folding within nerve cells and to promote neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to adapt or rewire following damage to preserve function.
The activation of S1R mediated by Anavex 2-73 is also thought to decrease mitochondria dysfunction, oxidative stress, and inflammation in the brain, potentially benefiting people with conditions like MS that damage the nervous system.
Mitochondria are the cell compartments responsible for the production of energy in the body. Oxidative stress refers to cellular damage that occurs as a result of having high levels of oxidant molecules. -

Efter eget udsagn er Anavex dækket godt ind på dette område nu, men de seneste patenter kunne måske tyde på, at der evt. kan har været huller i beskyttelsen og at Anavex derfor har holdt lidt lav profil med resultater og udviklingen af de forskellige forsøg. - bare en formodning.

Avxl - Ja shorterne skal arbejde lidt hårdere nu, men tror ikke de sådan giver op.
En god pr. nu fra Anavex, ville nok sætte dem lidt yderligere under pres.
Kender ikke Gurufocus og mener egentlig først man kan se institutional andel den 15. februar - 1 1/2 måned efter sidste kvartal.
Måske man kan se andelen/størrelsen tidligere, men så bare uden udspecificering af navnene på fordelingen.
Men forudsat at siden er valid er antallet steget fra 13,30 mill. til 18,77 i sidste kvartal. - en stigning på kun 40,9 %, men med lidt flere aktier i omløb.Fint hvis du kunne komme med en tilbagemelding vedr. Novo MM.

Anavex - fra buy til strong buy.
Bare Zacks, men trods alt et godt signal at udsende.
PTI kommer med resultater på deres precision CF forsøg på søndag den 19. januar.
Her et fint skriv over casen - skribenten har aktier i PTI, men synes han kommer med en del nyttig fakta:Fint med NOVO TDT - var en af mine første Biotek aktier og fornem at et dansk selskab er ledende på diabetis området.
Håber også det på sigt vil lykkes vedr. Alzheimer - men ren gevinst mæssig ville det give en noget større procent del, hvis det skulle lykkes for lille Anavex på samme område. Novo er jo relative store i forvejen og ville på sigt måske stige på den gode side af 100 % - Anavex måske flere 1000 %.
Mener også at Anavex er noget længere fremme - man vil nok kunne fange NOVO senere.Tror der er kommet nye ejer til efter den 30/9 2019 - iflg. Gurufocus er der købt ekstra 5,4 mill. aktier frem til 31/12 2019.
Her bliver navne først opgivet den 15. feb, medmindre den enkelt når op på mere end 5 % andel - så mener jeg de har 3-5 dage til at annoncerer dette. -

Volumen er 3 dobbelt de sidste mange børsdage. Om det er større spillere alene der driver volumen, eller forbes artiklen og større kendskab til lille anavex, vil jeg ikke gætte på. Jeg håber så meget på at de rammer jackpot, de har menneskeheden og min konto fortjent, selvfølglig også mine bio venner her på proinvestor.... Bemærk: selvfølgelig kan fejlende forsøg sende den under 3 igen.
