Håber du godt rigtig godt ind i det nye år...
Intet kommer til at køre normalt det næste stykke tid grundet mr. Trump og den geopolitiske uro som han har skabt. Og folk flygter fra aktie markederne er ikke til at vide, men vi ser nok en del uro fremadrettet, lad os håbe at det ikke har den store indvirkning på de mindre index, men tænker ikke der er den helt store købelyst i risiko aktier, men jeg kan sagtens tage fejl.... -
Den stiger flot, dog ingen vild volume/ tasso1 du har nok ret i din antagelse af forbes-listen har en betydning, den stiger over 10% med denne alm. volume hvilket næsten kun betyder at, "hold på dine Stocks" der er mere i vente, og "nervøsiteten" måske er aftaget med listen, så skal vi se en reducering i "short" de næste børsdage.
Godt at avxl er ok polstret til ikke at kunne overtages for små krummer, det tog de fornuftigt skridt imod sidste år

Peer Review S1R - Anavex
Ny opfølgende Peer Review fra samme forskergruppe, der udgav en Peer Review specifik for Anavex 2-73 i marts 2019.
Den nye Peer Review understreger igen, at en S1R som Anavex 2-73 har evnen til at understøtte bl.a. Autophagy
(udrensning/oprydning i cellekernen, således at disse ved deling ikke misfolder )Autophagy menes at være essentiel i hele mekanismen i ældningsprocessen og den generelle sundhedstilstand på celleniveau.
Hovedårsagen til udviklingen af mange CNS sygdomme, er sandsynligvis, at cellerne efterhånden laver dårligere kopier/celledeling, fordi urenheder/defekte dele ikke bliver smidt ud af cellekernen.
I princippet ville en vedvarende fejlfri celledeling således være med til at forsinke ældningsprocessen og forebygge forskellige CNS sygdomme.Igen - dette kan sandsynligvis forklare, hvorfor vi ser Anavex 2-73 have en virkning i så bredt et spektre på CNS området.

Men ingen kan tage den tiltagende styrkede videnskabelige fundament fra Anavex.
En pr. fra Anavex ville dog ikke være dårligt lige nu for at give kursen momentum. -

Selv shorts må snart kunne se det absurde i det.
Positiv omtale og endnu et nyt patent helt til 2037, hvor også Multi Skelrose igen er nævnt/omfattet - selvfølgelig skal kursen da ned!
Anavex er nok den eneste aktie, der både falder ved dårlige og gode nyheder.
Mon ikke den kommer op når shorterne har forsøgt deres. -

Der fremgår ikke spcifikt, hvilken milepæl for RETT det vedrører.
Men man må da forvente en positiv udvikling. så kursen kommer noget over 2,96 - ellers er disse warrants ikke meget værd.
En 100 % indrulning alene i RETT synes dog umiddelbar ikke at være en tilstrækkelig milepæl.Der udløses også warrents ved min. 50 % indrulning i både AD og PK.

Der har været en del diskution om netop MS, idet Biogen testede 2-73 for ca. 3 år siden.
De skulle sådan set bare eftervise de positive resultater WS ( US universitet ) havde udført tidligere.
Her hørte vi intet om, hvad resultatet endte ud i - men der foregik helt klart et eller andet efter min mening og Anavex var meget kryptisk i deres svar på spørgsmål på området efterfølgende.
I starten havde Anavex også MS i deres pipeline, men har været taget ud igen efter aftalen med Biogen.Ren spekulation fra min side:
Kunne det tænkes, at Anavex/Biogen blev opmærksom på, at deres patentbeskyttelse ikke var fuld dækkende - før nu med dette sidste patent?
Anavex har i flere omgange udtalt, at de undersøger muligheden for out licensing.
Dette ville ingen af parterne i sådan en aftale kunne leve med, hvis patent beskyttelsen ikke var på plads!Men igen - Anavex står stærkere og stærkere som tiden går - og tror vi kan vente lidt af hvert de kommende måneder.

En tanke vedr. indrulningsprocenterne:
Mener ikke at det er lovpligtig, at skulle oplyse disse tal.
Anavex har dog lovet at oplyse dette løbene.
Kunne det tænkes, at de bare samler oplysningerne i en Pr.: 100 % i PK, 100 i RETT og så 50 % i AD?
Ud fra sidste cc i december, så det ud til, at disse milepæle ligger megt tæt tidsmæssig.Kl. 13.00 er efterhånden blevet et meget spændende klokkeslet i hverdagene. Anavex har hidtil med at bruge dette tidspunkt til nye pr.
Mener det sidste modtagende patent gør, at Anavex nu kan være mere åbne og frie til agerer på flere fronter.

Understreger, at 2-73 stadig i høj grad har pontentiale i MS.
Biogen omsætter for adskillige milliarder hvert år på området, men deres patenter løber ud om relative få år.Anavex er langt mere end en mulig behandling i en enkelt indikation!
Mulighederne for Anavex 2-73 er uanede, fordi det understøtter, beskytter og reetablere grundmekanismerne på et bredt område, som bl.a. nerveceller fungerer på.
Vi mangler bare den sidste vigtige bevis af, at de hidtil sete resultater kan eftervises i et større antal patienter.

Anavex received a U.S. patent covering the use of Anavex 2-73 (blarcamesine) for the treatment of conditions including multiple sclerosis and Rett syndrome.

Anavex 2-73 is an orally available, small-molecule activator of a protein called the sigma-1 receptor (S1R), which is essential to ensure correct protein folding within nerve cells and to promote neuroplasticity - the brain's ability to adapt or rewire following damage to preserve function.
The activation of S1R mediated by Anavex 2-73 is also thought to decrease mitochondria dysfunction, oxidative stress, and inflammation in the brain, potentially benefiting people with conditions like MS that damage the nervous system.
Mitochondria are the cell compartments responsible for the production of energy in the body. Oxidative stress refers to cellular damage that occurs as a result of having high levels of oxidant molecules. -

Illustrerer hvor omfattende et arbejde der ligger i, at beskytte sig mod at andre løber med ens forskning.
Bemærk at 4-5 af patenterne ligger i sidste halvdel af 2019.
Efter eget udsagn er Anavex dækket godt ind på dette område nu, men de seneste patenter kunne måske tyde på, at der evt. kan har været huller i beskyttelsen og at Anavex derfor har holdt lidt lav profil med resultater og udviklingen af de forskellige forsøg. - bare en formodning.
