Golar LNG to Delist from Oslo Bors

The shares in Golar LNG Limited, one of the world's largest independent owners and operators of LNG carriers, will be delisted from Oslo Børs.
Last day of listing will be Thursday 30 August 2012, Oslo Børs said in a statement.
Golar LNG Limited has in letter dated 9 July applied for delisting of the company's shares from Oslo Børs.
