Biosimilarutvecklaren Xbrane Biopharma har ingått avtal om att sälja XB003 och en del av sin organisation till Alvotech för 275 miljoner kronor. Avtalet innebär att cirka 40 anställda och laboratorieutrustning överförs till Alvotech. Xbranes fasta kostnader väntas minska med cirka 120 miljoner kronor per år.
