Saniona: From Redeye today.....Yesterday, Saniona announced the outcome of its rights issue: 63% was subscribed for and Saniona received SEK88.9m before issue costs. The prospectus states that issue costs (with full subscription) would be SEK16m to give an indication. Furthermore, Saniona will repay SEK20m to Formue Nord. Out of the remaining SEK41.2m of the outstanding loan, SEK10m will be converted to convertibles in the company.

As Saniona did not receive the full amount, we expect that the company may have to prioritize between a SAN711 POC trial and the development of its other preclinical candidates with this current funding, until additional financing/milestone payments or collaborations are presented. We hope to learn more about the company’s prioritizations in the coming weeks.

We will discuss this further in relation to Saniona’s Q4 report, as there also is potential for milestone payments from Medix and BI in the relatively near term. Furthermore, the research funding from AstronauTx could reduce Saniona's cost base a bit as well. No guarantors were needed, which should be positive for the share price.

Additionally, outstanding warrants (TO4) could lead to an additional capital injection in May 2025 (equivalent to roughly 21.5m additional shares). 50% of the proceeds from the warrant program will go to repaying the loan (also in the case of an additional rights issue). We adjust our valuation to accommodate the rights issue, leading to a base case of SEK6 per share.

Ja, jo.. men der er et hav af biotek der står med en basecase langt over aktuel kurs.. basecasen giver et hint om, hvor den kunne komme hen, hvis, hvis og hvis.. i de fleste tilfælde går det slet ikke som præsten prædiker. Selv små forsinkelser betyder alt.. hvis du kigger på disse selskabers financielle situation, står de til et 0 eller 1 ud af 5.. dvs de er sindsygt sårbare. Et lille blib og de skal ud og hente penge.. så de “6” ka hurtigt blive til kurs “1”..

Skal lige nævnes at jeg jo selv har rigelige mængder af både Saniona og eks Exbrane.. og at jeg er med i kapital indsprøjtningerne.. er stadig overbevist om at de nok skal komme i mål. Deres platforme er meget stærke, ligesom deres pipeline. Så svært overbevist om, at det går godt. Men det har så kostet en del mere, end jeg havde planlagt…

9.2.2024 08.05 • Nyhetsbyrån Direkt •STOCKHOLM (Nyhetsbyrån Direkt) Vicore Pharma har ingått ett exklusivt licensavtal med Nippon Shinyaku för att utveckla och kommersialisera Vicores läkemedelskandidat C21 i Japan.
Det framgår av ett pressmeddelande.Enligt villkoren i avtalet kommer Vicore att erhålla en initial betalning om 10 miljoner dollar och har rätt till

rätt till potentiella utvecklings- och kommersiella milstolpsbetalningar upp till totalt 275 miljoner dollar. Vicore är även berättigat att erhålla stegvis ökande royalties som sträcker sig upp till låga 20 procent som andel av den årliga nettoförsäljningen av C21 i Japan.

Jazzz, alt det du skriver er jeg helt med på og jeg er også med i den seneste indsprøjtning i Saniona, men tror simpelthen at de med deres fantastiske pipeline vil ramme den lige i røveren de næste 12 mdr. og så er 6 SEK alt for lavt.
