RAPT Therapeutics er faldet lidt tilbage efter de blev forsinket et halvt år med deres fase IIb studie i AD med RAPT193. De er dog ved at inkludere flere sites, så måske henter de lidt af tiden ind igen. Hvis data munder godt ud, så er det planen at gå efter en licensaftale - og den skulle gerne blive ganske fornuftigt. Da de ikke har ret meget andet i pipelinen, så kunne man måske også se et salg af hele selskabet.

Nej sådan går det næppe, men værdien af et oralt stof der kan nogenlunde det samme som dupilumab er selvsagt stort - mine farvoritfarve partnere til RAPT193 var Sanofi og Pfizer eller måske Amgen. Nu er Sanofi nok ude, men ellers må andre da gerne byde sig til. Men først gode fase IIb data i midten af 2024.

anikken skyldtes nok tvivl om pengene rækker til de får positiv pengestrøm ( tænker nok det muligt at finde ny partner hvis deres produkt er så fremragende ) og FDA har jo godkendt deres ansøgning så mon ikke den kommer på markedet der over også er der noget jeg overser ?
