Orphazyme: Jeg syntes godt nok at ventetiden i Orphazyme er ved at blive lang. Q1 bliver i den grad afgørende. Hvis vi virkelig skal rejse os fra dette kursniveau så har vi brug for en godkendelse af NPC og gode Arimocolomoldata. Begge dele afgøres i Q1.

Orphazyme - Er det ikke positivt at bestyrelsen viser handle kraft og anerkender fejlansættelse inden formentlig større indtog i USA?

Orphazyme: Hvis ikke hun er den rigtiger er det selvfølgelig korrekt at hun stopper. Men på den korte bane bidrager CEO afgangen bare til usikkerhed for en allerede presset case. Men tror man på casen er det jo bare at holde ud. Det bliver data i q1 og ikke CEO afgang som afgøre kursen på den lidt længere bane.

Orphazyme : Er man langsigtet giver det god mening at købe CYTRX, som Orphazyme skal betale milestones og royalties til i tilfælde af succes. CYTRX har bedre cash situation og relativt mindre cashburn, Samtidig har de i alt 3 partneraftaler/projekter de potentielt kan få indtægter fra . Så stor rabat, større sikkerhed og markant større upside !!! Derfor har jeg købt CYTRX

IGM Announces Closing of $230 Million Public Offering and Full Exercise of Underwriters’ Option to Purchase Additional Shares
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Dec. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- IGM Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: IGMS) (IGM) today announced the closing of its upsized underwritten public offering of 1,221,224 shares of its common stock, which includes the exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares in full, and pre-funded warrants to purchase 1,334,332 shares of its common stock. The public offering price of common stock was $90.00 per share and the public offering price of each pre-funded warrant was $89.99, with each pre-funded warrant having an exercise price of $0.01. The aggregate gross proceeds to IGM from the offering were approximately $230 million, before deducting the underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses payable by IGM. Jefferies, Stifel, Guggenheim Securities and RBC Capital Markets acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
