Lidt skuffende ZYME call hos Jefferies. ZW49 dose escalation nyheder kommer før expansion cohort som starter slut året, hvis ikke Covid-19 kommer i vejen. Han var meget specifik og understegede at de tidligere havde kommunikeret timing på ZW49 nyheder. Vi var nok ikke de eneste som ikke hørte det første gang:-)

Synes præsentationen var fin - emmede igen af selvtillid som ellers har manglet lidt. Svært at forholde sig til ZW49. Mener absolut at de tidligt udtalte, at grundet den flotte prækliniske pakke, så kunne man starte relativt højt oppe i dosis. Dermed ville man hurtigt nå hen i de klinisk relevante doser og forventningen var så, at data kunne præsenteres på ASCO. Hvor meget Corona har været skyld i - og om det kun er derfor, at det trækker ud tvivler jeg lidt på.

Although Enhertu was shown to reduce the risk of death by 41% in third-line HER2 positive gastric cancer patients, one potential wrinkle that emerged at ASCO was a lack of sufficient activity in HER2 'low' gastric cancer patients. AstraZeneca has touted the potential opportunity of using Enhertu to treat breast cancer patients who express low levels of HER2 who are not served by the targeted agents Herceptin and Perjeta (both of which are marketed by Roche).

During an investor call earlier this week, Baselga played down concerns there could be read across here from gastric to breast cancer and said his views on potentially establishing Enhertu in a broader cohort of breast cancer patients are unchanged, largely on the strength of extensive data AstraZeneca has seen in this setting.
