NVIDIA's succes smitter af på en masse andre selskaber i sektoren, hvor kursstigninger breder sig som ringe i vandet. "Our ongoing 13-week Phase 1b dose-titration trial is currently evaluating higher doses of dapiglutide up to 13 mg, and based on the tolerability profile observed to date, we will seek to investigate even higher doses going forward. We expect topline results from our Phase 1b trial in the second half of this year."

Vedr. bivirkninger: "Overall, the number of events observed were lower than have been reported from studies of other incretin-based therapies, and none led to treatment discontinuation in this trial".

Konklusion: Vægttab som andre lign. lavdosis incretinbaserede terapier, men med en bedre bivirkningsprofil.
