Som @Daytrader_DK skriver, ved vi ikke om BASF betaler en fast pris, eller markedspris. Hvis BASF ikke tager betalt for det arbejdet de gør på Skive anlægget, og det arbejdet de ellers gør for QF, vil det være naturligt at BASF betaler en fast pris. En fast pris også fordi den 4 års aftalen kom i stand ifm. med at BASF investerede EUR 20 mio i QF.<br>

Jeg savner netop en update på en "plant" økonomi. Uden de har sat konkrete tal på, så har de sagt capex er steget mens opex er faldet siden de der ældre estimater. Og så også gerne et opdateret estimat på affalds priser plus oliepris

Tak for link til Pareto præsentationen som jeg har. Jeg troede at det gamle skriv du referer til, og Pareto præsentationen var samme dokument. Har du en link til det gamle skriv hvor der står <i>"Regarding sale of products produced at the Skive Plant, BASF has, ....."</i> -

<i>«Furthermore, under the terms of the BASF Investment and Convertible Loan Agreement, BASF has a right of first refusal to purchase and take all volumes of liquid hydrocarbon products produced from plastic waste from the Skive Plant, and subject to final agreement, BASF shall purchase and take all products from the Skive Plant that satisfy an agreed specification for a minimum term of four years after commercialisation.» -
<i>«Preliminary quality specifications <b><u>and fixed price apply for the initial volumes of products produced at the Skive Plant</u></b>. For subsequent production volumes, the parties shall agree on the final quality specifications and price formula in a separate agreement before 1 August 2020 (the <b>"BASF Supplier Agreement"</b>).»</i>

ja, det er så et godt spørgsmål hvad de er nået frem til efterfølgende.. Men da August er tæt på deres $1000 estimate i September, så ligger det jo nok der omkring.
