IR-chef øger aktiebesiddelsen i Hansa Bioharma
Den 16. marts har Klaus Sindahl købt 3.000 aktier i biotekselskabet Hansa Bioharma, hvor han er chef for IR. Aktierne blev købt for kursen 58kr pr. aktie, en aftale på 174.000kr. Aftalen blev indgået i Nasdaq Stockholm. Det fremgår af Finanstilsynets indsigtsregister. -
Med hensyn til Systematica, så det nok ikke helt korrekt at de har "stengt" hele deres shortposition, de har nok nærmere nedbragt den fra 0,59 % til lige under de 0,5 %, så de ikke har oplysningspligt.

Gränsvärden för anmälan
En person som har en kort nettoposition i en emittent ska anmäla till FI när positionen uppnår 0,1 % av emittentens emitterade aktiekapital. Anmälan ska även ske för varje steg om 0,1 % däröver, såväl upp som ned, samt när positionen sjunker under 0,1 %. En anmälan om kort nettoposition ska ha inkommit till FI senast kl. 15.30 (centraleuropeisk tid, CET) handelsdagen efter den dag då den anmälningspliktiga positionen uppstod.
