Panoro has stated that it will announce its new dividend policy in connection with the Q3 results on 30 Nov. We assume USD 50m/year (16% dividend yield) that would be equivalent to a FCF pay-out ratio of 40-70% at Brent USD 100-70/bbl in 2023-26e, on our estimates. We expect a portion of the dividend to be labeled extraordinary to provide prudent flexibility to adjust for changes in oil prices going forward.
