UBS: Novo remains the most exciting growth story in European pharma and is well placed to
continue to benefit from the high demand for GLP-1 medications near-term. We are
confident in a positive inflection of GLP-1 trends in 1Q25 as we expect a pick up in
demand following muted TRx growth in the US in 4Q, in-line with seasonal demand for
other weight loss products. -
The CagriSema P3 data in obesity was undoubtedly
disappointing but it is still a higher efficacy treatment that could still show differentiation
in type-2 diabetes in REDEFINE 2 (readout 1Q25). -
Our previous DKK1,100 price target assumed Novo could sustain risk adjusted
peak sales of $80bn for a decade, we now assume $75bn risk adjusted peak sales and
sales erosion from 2032 in our DKK750 price target, which reflects the lower
sustainability of the franchise with weaker CagriSema data. -

Ja novo har lavet ret mange R&D aftaler de sidste par år. Til sidste års CMD mener jeg det var plus 50 ongoing aftaler med omkring 23 der arbejde med ny target validering som også Valo aftalen fokusere på. Og en hel del af dem er orale fedme projekter
