The number of cases in India does not justify an immediate need for ring vaccination, but it might be a good idea to get in line for the available drugs and vaccines soon, according to Dr Gagandeep Kang, virologist and professor at Christian Medical College, Vellore.

Og ift indholdet af artiklen, kan jeg heller ikke læse det på anden måde, end at det "forkromede" finansieringsforslag inkluderer midler til enten at købe BAVA eller købe vaccinen/teknologien og bringe den til USA! Ved godt, det er på et meget tidligt og spekulativt plan, men alligevel særdeles interessant...
