Jeg er stadig ikke overbevist om, at BN nødvendigvis har bedre data end Pfizer/Moderna (godkendte) og især Novavax (ikke godkendt). Sjovt nok nævnes der fx ikke noget med T-cellerespons, som typisk netop vil være bedre ved mRNA-vacciner vs. VLP/proteinbaserede vacciner.

og ? Det er altid mega risikabelt at gå ind i en aktie på forventninger, men det giver altså også kasse nogle gange. Selv går jeg ind trinvist, når jeg ser en mulighed. Det gjorde jeg med Genmab og mange andre. Her er det så ud ov er Bava
gså Expres2ion. Den første mindre position er efter 1,5 år 12 doblet og den større portion er 5 doblet på godt et halvt år. -
Bavarian: Selvom det skulle vise sig, at vaccinen "bare" har samme effekt og ubetydelige bivirkninger, så fremstilles den til 1/ af en Moderna m.fl og kan opbevares ved stuetempetaturer, så mon ikke de afrikanske og asiatiske regeringer er til at handle med? De kommer til at sælge alt det, de kan producere...

Great news on our SARS-COV-2 vaccine presented as a novel virus like particle formulation. First human trial data show that the vaccine is very well tolerated. The clinical site reports that “In contrast to licensed SARS-CoV-2 vaccines, ABNCoV2’s safety profile is comparable to licensed protein-based vaccine such as hepatitis B vaccines and well tolerated even at doses beyond those that induce maximal immune-responses”. -
But most importantly the vaccine induces very high antibody responses (up to 12 fold compared to convalescent sera). Responses that are several fold higher than best in class mRNA vaccines ????. The potency of the vaccine platform is highlighted by the fact that even in the absence of adjuvants do we get high tittered responses, and even at the low vaccine doses.
