Det må vist betegnes som forventet. Meget lille studie på 4 klinikker og på ingen måde en vigtig del af baggrunden for købet.

Kan såmænd lige så godt være et positivt tegn på, at de har noget andet og bedre inden for samme område, hvis man endelig vil lægge noget i det ...

The news is 2 weeks old. We’ll hear at some point what the exact reason is, but my guess is that they will go with ‘portfolio prioritisation’

EGFR x c-MET is already a crowded space and Genmab now also have MCLA-129 from Merus, an EGFRxc-MET Biclonics. Not sure they are going to keep that one, as the tox profile is not great, but it is a large trial that has been going since 2021, so i think we can expect a decision soon after Genmab fully takes control at Merus.

For me the most interesting is that they just opened a new Petosemtamab trial in NSCLC. We have not seen NSCLC data in public yet i believe, but Genmab will have seen it. Timing coincides. My best guess at this moment would be that Genmab goes with Peto for lung cancer.
