Regarding the China Sub phase 3 in R/R DLBCL, the reason for splitting may be that the China part started in 2022-10, wheres as the main study started in 2021-1 (so we may need to wait a bit longer for results, I suppose)

that's towards the end of the covid pandemic isn't it... could be really interesting to see if there is a difference. Also they may have other practice regime used for follow up therapies

the whole trial went 'Active, not recruiting' already in june 23 and after the split both had the same Primary Completion date, Oct25, so we may not have to wait that long for the China part. Actually, maybe it is already included, it is a sub-study of DLBCL-1 ?

hey gentogen , thinking again on that China part of the trial ; too many Asian patients in the trial was where Roche/Genentech got in trouble with Columvi wasn't it; they got a Complete Response Letter from the FDA for the reason that OS was much better in Asian patients compared to non-Asian patients so FDA determined OS was not proven for Americans

Genmabs amerikanske partner Johnson & Johnson overgår analytikernes forventninger med sine salgstal for kræftmidlet Darzalex i fjerde kvartal.

Salget af Darzalex løber op i 3903 mio. dollar i perioden, mens analytikere havde ventet 3748 mio. dollar ifølge Bloomberg News.

I forhold til samme kvartal sidste år er Darzalex-salget steget 24 pct. i lokal valuta.

For hele 2025 endte Johnson & Johnsons salg af Darzalex, som Genmab får procenter af, på 14.351 mio. dollar.
