RAINFOL-01 / Rina-S enlarged by ~200 patients, adding a few cohorts. a bit confusing, part H and J seem the same. maybe a different dosing schedule. They forgot the criteria for H. Interestingly cervical cancer is added.

Results from two arms of the EPCORE NHL-2 trial, evaluating first-line, fixed-treatment duration epcoritamab in combination with chemotherapies, demonstrated overall response rates (ORR) of 93% (Arm and 98% (Arm 1) in patients with newly-diagnosed DLBCL, while a third arm (Arm 3) demonstrated a three-year overall survival (OS) rate of 96% in patients with FL following first-line combination treatment.

Det er data som viser generelt høje responsrater, dybe og langvarige remissioner samt en håndterbar sikkerhedsprofil, især i udfordrende patientgrupper som ældre eller højrisikopatienter. Umiddelbart ser det ud til at epcoritamab på de fleste parametre giver baghjul til glofitamab og mosunetuzumab. Patientvenligheden med subkutan fixed-duration er et yderligere plus.
